Q. HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

A. Stylish Shop partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as USA, China, Thailand, etc... via our partnership with USPS.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-30 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way, you will get your tracking ID after we ship it, it may take 24to48 hours (please email us for more details)

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

Q. THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

A. If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

 

Q. What if I need to Return Something?

A. No worries! Just Contact us! Here. and we'll help guide you through the process - Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.


Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
